JONAH ZORN KOPLIN is a New York based director and cinematographer. Jonah has worked in every aspect of film production, narrative, documentary and commercial. These projects have taken him to New Zealand, Vietnam, Italy, Germany, France and all over the continental United States.

His last documentary, The Heartland, was acquired for exclusive distribution and streaming by
The Criterion Channel and hailed for its luminous imagery.

Jonah DP'd the short film 'Proof of Concept', starring Richard Kind, Will Janowitz & Ellie Sachs. The short premiered at the 2023 Tribeca Film Festival and is now currently streaming on The New Yorker.
​
Jonah also shot the feature film, 'The Threshing', directed by Sean Mannion. The psychological thriller about a young couple uprooting their lives in the city to take up regenerative farming out west is currently in post-production and scheduled to be released in 2025.

In addition to Directing and DPing, Jonah is currently working as a Producer on the upcoming feature documentary about the life of Michael 'Eppy' Epstein and the legendary My Fathers Place. The film is currently in post-production.
